What happened is they probably don't have your watch in stock even though they said they do. Sometimes those sellers have so much inventory and they don't keep track. So they're either: A: Waiting for the shipment which contains whatever the watch you bought. or B: Forgot about you /Pushed you back on the Que until your watch arrives. Duty Free Island. There are enough knowldgeable folks on this and other Seik/Citzen forums that if you post clear pictures of the front a back of a watch; that they will be able to tell if it is authentic or fake.
